Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by your physician. Physician oversight and screening
Treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals under the oversight of our medical director. Every visit begins with a health screening, and our team may decline or modify a treatment when it is not appropriate for you that day. Answer screening questions completely and accurately; our ability to provide safe care depends on it.
Emergencies
Our service is not for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Severe dehydration, chest pain, difficulty breathing, confusion, and fainting require emergency care, not a mobile wellness visit.
Individual results
People respond to IV therapy differently. How you feel after a drip depends on your health, hydration, and circumstances, and no specific result is promised or implied.
