Immune Support IV Therapy
Vitamin C, zinc, and a full bag of fluids, brought to wherever you are in the Charlotte metro.
It starts the same way every time. One person at the office comes in coughing, and by Friday half the floor is out. Or your kid's classroom sends home the note about strep making the rounds. Charlotte's germ seasons are not subtle, and neither is that first scratchy-throat feeling that shows up right before a big week.
An immune support IV will not stop a virus. We want to be upfront about that before anything else. What it does is simpler: it gets you fully hydrated and delivers nutrients your immune system relies on, like vitamin C and zinc, straight into your bloodstream, skipping the absorption limits of the gut. When your body is busy fighting something off, being well hydrated and well supplied is a sensible place to start.
Who books this drip
The pattern we see is consistent:
- Office workers watching a bug move desk to desk and hoping to stay standing
- Parents and teachers deep in the school-year cycle of whatever is going around
- Travelers who want to board the flight hydrated instead of run down
- Anyone coming off a stretch of bad sleep, long hours, or too much stress
It is also a common choice for people already feeling the early signs of something. Fluids will not shorten an illness, but plenty of clients tell us they feel more comfortable riding it out hydrated than not.
What is in the bag
Every immune support drip starts with a full bag of sterile IV fluids and electrolytes. From there, the typical additions are vitamin C and zinc, two nutrients your immune system burns through constantly. The exact formulary is set by our medical director, and pricing is confirmed when you book. If you are weighing this against a recovery or energy drip, the whole lineup is on our IV menu.
What a visit looks like, and what to expect
You book online or call 704.924.1300. Same-day appointments are often available. Your nurse arrives at your home, office, or hotel, runs through a short health screening, places the IV, and stays with you while the bag runs. Every drip is administered by licensed medical professionals under physician oversight.
Two honest notes. First, an IV is not a treatment for infection, and no drip prevents colds or flu. Second, if you have a high fever, trouble breathing, or symptoms that keep getting worse, see a doctor. That matters more than anything we can hang from an IV pole.
But if the goal is to face a rough week hydrated, with vitamin C and zinc on board and without leaving your couch, that we can do.
